Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU) is one of China’s oldest and most prestigious universities under the administration of the Ministry of Education. The earliest roots of the university can be traced back to 1902 to the Department of Agriculture of Sanjiang Normal School. The College of Engineering at NAU is located in Pukou, Nanjing, which is on the north bank of the Yangtze River and on a beautiful 716 acre campus surrounded by mountains. From its beginnings, the College has championed excellence in both teaching and research. It has now secured its place as one of the China ‘s leading research institutions and engineering colleges in China.
The College of Engineering at NAU is seeking an internationally respected academic for the position of Chair of Agricultural Engineering. The individual will be responsible for spearheading research and teaching within Agricultural Engineering and enhancing the College’s position at the forefront of this area.
The successful candidate will be a Professor within a global leading research university and will possess a P.H.D within the following:
Agricultural Mechanisation Engineering
Agricultural Biological Environment and Energy Engineering
Agricultural Electrification and Automation
