Who we are

We are a conference, meeting and events business based at the University of Warwick. We have a diverse range of venues, each offering bespoke spaces, bedrooms and dining.

We also offer the Conference Park; unique spaces and accommodation within the university itself. This is alongside our catering, event management and event production services.

Our aims

We know it’s not just the tangible part of what we offer that matters. It’s the intangible part too: realising the goals of our customers. Understanding that is what defines us.

We also have high aims in minimising our environmental impact and we aim to invest, not profit. Our surplus is reinvested back into teaching, learning and research at the University of Warwick.

Award winning

We take awards seriously. This is because doing so means we have to continually and consistently improve our offer.
