We’re looking for an inspirational leader to drive culture and create direction for our motivated digital team of technical and creative experts.
You’ll lead the internal marketing services agency function within the Marketing, Communications & Insight team, setting a clear vision and overseeing the effectiveness and delivery of the team in support of our creative and digital delivery objectives. Through expert management skills, you’ll establish a culture of client servicing and set the standard in terms of how projects should be managed, empowering your team.
You’ll oversee the execution of all digital and creative projects, giving advice based on your experience and knowledge of the wider institution, managing expectations and taking responsibility for all deliverables. You’ll develop and implement effective processes, facilitate the proactive creation of creative and digital plans, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Results-driven, excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport are vital for this role. With your extensive experience of running a strategic marketing function and operating at this level, you’ll also have experience in understanding and delivering effective international marketing activity. An experienced marketer, you’ll also have a thorough knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing, and the ability to recommend innovative solutions and opportunities, supported by strong project and process management skills.
