The University of Warwick are looking for an enterprising and motivated individual ready to take on the exciting challenge of developing and delivering the Reward and Recognition strategy as part of the HR Department at University of Warwick.
As the university continues to grow, your significant experience in developing and delivering reward, benefits and recognition strategies will help us to attract and retain a world-class, diverse workforce.
Your scope will be extensive, including reward strategy, covering pay frameworks, bonus structures, and building an innovative and competitive benefits offering to enable us to attract talent regionally, nationally and internationally. You will also have overall responsibility for the annual pay review cycle including the co-ordination of the University’s Executive Remuneration. Your remit will be university-wide, encompassing reward and recognition structures for a broad range of roles, from academic to hospitality, retail and professional support service functions.
You will play a key role in liaising with the Secretary to Council and Remuneration Committee. In addition, you will have responsibility for a small but dynamic team responsible for the development and delivery of the University’s reward and recognition practices that support the People Strategy.
