The Courtauld Institute of Art, the UK’s leading institution for teaching and research in the History of Art and the conservation of paintings, is seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to act as The Courtauld’s expert on administrative process. Such processes include: quality assurance, academic standards oversight and the student record system, and to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the Student and Academic Services operations, i.e. Admissions and Enrolment, Records and Assessment, Data Management and Student and Staff Services. The post-holder will also have responsibility for academic timetabling, widening access, statutory returns, research degree administration, student visas, and certain aspects of student finance. In addition to requisite knowledge and experience in all these areas, excellent leadership, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
