Warwick Employment Group is a global family of specialist recruitment oriented services, developed by the education sector, for the sector. Owned by the University of Warwick we provide services to support the education community through local and international job boards, executive search and temporary staffing solutions.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Training Officer with a recruitment management background. This is a key role within our Operations and Compliance team and you will be responsible for all training needs and training delivery within WEG and, where relevant, with WEG clients. You will provide training in business (sales, account management and administration), systems (recruitment, CRM and websites), and operations (compliance and back end systems) to ensure that sales and operational processes are carried out correctly and that our system platforms are utilised for maximum productivity.
You will have experience of undertaking effective training needs analysis, developing training plans and delivering high quality personal, operational and workplace training. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to produce clear and concise training documentation. Super user level experience with recruitment systems or Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.
