Senior Operations Manager – Residences and Campus Cleaning Services

Warwick Accommodation and Residences & Campus Cleaning Services forms part of the University of Warwick Estates department and manages over 9,000 rooms. We have 6,700 self-catered student bedrooms on campus and 2,300 Off-campus bedrooms in our head-leasing scheme in Coventry, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa. Our campus accommodation will increase by a further 600 rooms from 2019, to provide excellent facilities to our students.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Residences and Campus Cleaning Services team. You’ll be joining a service that is hugely passionate about the student experience. Your team will form part of the wider Warwick Accommodation department consisting of Student Allocations, Student Reception, Staff and Family Housing and Off-campus accommodation.
This is a key strategic senior management role providing strong leadership and ensuring that the services provided support the aims and objectives of Estates and the University of Warwick through a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement whilst delivering value for money.
You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a department in excess of 550 individuals to successfully achieve business targets set by the University. You will have experience working at a senior operational level and managing large teams in the commercial or residential sector.
